Our office is on West Broadway, a block from the Broadway–City Hall station. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we answer enquiries in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Owners considering a change of manager, tenants looking for a suite, and current tenants with a maintenance question can all use the form below, or call the office directly. Enquiries reach us by email and nothing is stored on this website.
