We do not have any suites available at this time. Vacancies are posted on this page as they come up, usually a month or two before they are ready.
Where our rental buildings are
We manage residential buildings across Greater Vancouver, with most of our suites in Marpole, Kerrisdale and around West Broadway. Suites range from studios to two bedrooms, in low-rise buildings that we manage directly rather than through an agency.
What to expect
Once a suite is listed, we arrange viewings by appointment. If you would like to take it, complete the Application for Residential Tenancy and return it with a copy of your photo ID. We run a credit check and verify your tenancy, employer and personal references, and once the owner has approved the application we arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement. Rent, deposits and insurance
Rent is due on the first of the month. A security deposit of half a month’s rent is payable on signing, as permitted under the B.C. Residential Tenancy Act. All tenants must carry tenant’s insurance that includes liability coverage.
