Apply for Suite

1. Procedure to apply for a Residential Suite with KAP Management Ltd.
   • Please see our current listings and set up an appointment to view the selected suite.
   • Fill out an Application Form for Residential Tenancy in full for your desired suite and return it to our office.
   • Please include a copy of your photo ID with your application.
   • Upon receipt of your completed Application for Residential Tenancy, we will run a credit check and verify all of your tenancy, employer and personal references.
   • If all of your application details and references are confirmed and satisfied and received the Owner’s final approval, we will contact you to arrange for signing of the Tenancy Agreement.
   • All tenants must have tenant’s insurance to include liabilities.
