Our rental buildings

We manage residential buildings across Greater Vancouver. Suites vary from building to building, and the details of each one are posted here when it becomes available.

What to expect

Once a suite is listed, we arrange viewings by appointment. If you would like to apply, complete the Application for Residential Tenancy and return it with a copy of your photo ID. We run a credit check and verify your tenancy, employer and personal references. Once the owner has approved the application, we arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement. Rent, deposits and insurance

Rent is due on the first of the month. A security deposit of half a month’s rent is payable on signing, as permitted under the B.C. Residential Tenancy Act. All tenants must carry tenant’s insurance that includes liability coverage.
